Susan Christy has created the first ever comprehensive approach, book and training for building strong staff-faculty relationships: Working Effectively with Faculty: Guidebook for Higher Education Staff and Managers. Her current focus is consulting and speaking for universities, colleges, and higher educational conferences on the topics of academic culture, staff-faculty partnerships, customer service in academia, and management skills in an academic environment. Susan is also interested in how higher education can step up to the world’s humanitarian and environmental crises.
